Drift lines marked in red. Now and for the next couple of months, according to how the weather holds, is a great time for the big boys off of Black Point. Start your drift as to cross the point about 50 to 75 yds. off the point and work your way out till you find them. Same with the point marked across from it only start a little further out. You can set up your drift according to wind direction. The area marked passed the 751 bridge in the Kitsee inlet is good for numerous fish if they are running. The fish , as a rule, won`t be as large, but pretty easy to get into.
For Duck Cove it depends on the wind. Right down the heart if you can get the wind right is the key. You can either start or end your drift there, according to wind direction a couple hundred yards out from the bridge. Any closer to the bridge and you get on a sandy silt bottom. You can pick up some channels that way, but the blues are a little further out. Rig up with weight below and bait on a leader. Use fresh shad 3 to 4 inches long. Good luck.

Well, that explains why I see all the boats drifting past my pier.  I appreciate the information you provided, hope jb does also.
